Location

The apartment is located on Tolli Põik Street in Kuressaare. Both the city center and the castle park, as well as the sea, are just a short walk away.

Interesting fact:
If you walk out to Tolli Street and turn left, you will soon reach an intersection where you will see a distinctive well house. This square was once the site of the Sõrve market, which was the first marketplace in Kuressaare. Nowadays, the square has lost some of its environmental value due to the partially out-of-scale new developments, and the well appears as a decorative element out of context.
During World War II, both the old power station and the surrounding blocks suffered significant damage. The buildings were extensively reconstructed during the Soviet period, and several new apartment buildings were constructed in the area, resulting in a rather eclectic architectural landscape.
