What awaits you?
The two-story apartment features three private bedrooms and shared common areas with other guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a WC-shower room, a lounge with armchairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea-making facilities. There are also two bedrooms: a double room with a 160 cm bed for up to two people, and a triple room with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed for up to three people.
On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and a sun-facing balcony. Additionally, there is a third bedroom — a single room with a 90 cm bed for one person. An extra fold-out bed for one person can also be added to the room.

Location
The apartment is located in the center of Kuressaare, near the bus station. A five-minute walk will take you to the town square, and in 10 minutes, you can reach the city park and castle grounds via the beautiful and historic Lossi Street.
Interesting fact:
The apartment is located in the building at Tallinna 19B.However, Tallinna 19 is the old courthouse, which was completed in 1790 and built specifically for the new lower court, established as part of Russia’s administrative reform in 1783. The building also housed a prison, the police department, and the treasury office. It maintained a similar function during the time of the Republic of Estonia. The walls and all of the stonework of the building were made from local Kaarma dolomite. The building was destroyed during World War II, but in 1945 it was restored and used as the headquarters of the local Soviet border guard unit. In 1991, the building came under the ownership of the Estonian Border Guard. It has also housed the local customs office and passport desk. Since 2014, it has been home to the Kuressaare Center of TTÜ Maritime Academy.
