Booking and Prepayment
- A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation has been sent and a 25% prepayment of the total accommodation amount has been received.
- The prepayment deadline is 7 days from the invoice date (the exact due date is stated on the invoice).
- If the arrival date is less than one week away, the payment deadline is 2 days.
- If the prepayment is not received by the due date, the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Payment
The remaining balance can be paid, according to the guest’s preference:
- upon arrival, by cash or
- before arrival, via bank transfer.
Cancellation and Booking Changes
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.
- In case of later cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- As the remaining balance is generally paid on site, a full (100%) cancellation fee does not apply.
- Broneeringu kuupäevi saab muuta kuni 48 tundi enne saabumist, vabade kuupäevade olemasolul.

Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
- Please inform us of your approximate arrival time in advance. Early check-in is often possible if agreed beforehand, so we can adjust the cleaning schedule accordingly.
- Quiet hours apply 23:00–06:00 or according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Smoking and Pets
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Smoking inside the apartment will result in a €200 fee.
- Lemmikloomad on lubatud eelneval kokkuleppel.

Damage to Property
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
- In case of damage, an invoice will be issued based on the actual repair or replacement cost.
Force Majeure and Special Circumstances
- If accommodation cannot be provided due to a technical failure or force majeure, guests will first be offered a new suitable date.
- If no suitable date can be arranged, any amounts paid will be refunded in full (100%). 100% ulatuses.
- Early departure by the guest is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Processing of Personal Data
We collect and use guest personal data solely for managing the booking, for statistical purposes, and for fulfilling legal obligations.
Guest data is not stored or used for any other purpose.
