Booking and Prepayment<\/h5>\r\n

  1. A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation has been sent and a 25% prepayment of the total accommodation amount has been received.<\/li>\r\n
  2. The prepayment deadline is 7 days from the invoice date (the exact due date is stated on the invoice).<\/li>\r\n
  3. If the arrival date is less than one week away, the payment deadline is 2 days.<\/li>\r\n
  4. If the prepayment is not received by the due date, the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
    Payment<\/h5>\r\n

    The remaining balance can be paid, according to the guest\u2019s preference:<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    • upon arrival, by cash or<\/li>\r\n
    • before arrival, via bank transfer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
      Cancellation and Booking Changes<\/h5>\r\n
        \r\n
      1. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.<\/li>\r\n
      2. In case of later cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.<\/li>\r\n
      3. As the remaining balance is generally paid on site, a full (100%) cancellation fee does not apply.<\/li>\r\n

          1. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.<\/li>\r\n
          2. Please inform us of your approximate arrival time in advance. Early check-in is often possible if agreed beforehand, so we can adjust the cleaning schedule accordingly.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
          3. Quiet hours apply 23:00\u201306:00 or according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
            Smoking and Pets<\/h5>\r\n
              \r\n
            1. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.<\/li>\r\n
            2. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a \u20ac200 fee.<\/li>\r\n

                Damage to Property<\/h5>\r\n

                1. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.<\/li>\r\n
                2. In case of damage, an invoice will be issued based on the actual repair or replacement cost.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                  Force Majeure and Special Circumstances<\/h5>\r\n
                    \r\n
                  1. If accommodation cannot be provided due to a technical failure or force majeure, guests will first be offered a new suitable date.<\/li>\r\n
                  2. If no suitable date can be arranged, any amounts paid will be refunded in full (100%). 100% ulatuses<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
                  3. Early departure by the guest is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                    Processing of Personal Data<\/h5>\r\n

                    We collect and use guest personal data solely for managing the booking, for statistical purposes, and for fulfilling legal obligations.\nGuest data is not stored or used for any other purpose.\u00a0
